In order to change your payment method or update an expiring credit or debit card, you will need to log into the app on the website https://sobet.io/login (not our mobile app). Once logged in, click on the profile icon in the top, right corner.
This will open the menu, where you can select the "Billing" option:
In the Billing section, you will see the option to "Manage my Payment Methods." Select this.
This section will show your current subscriptions and payment method(s). Next to the current payment method is a pencil icon. You can click this to make edits to your payment method.
You can edit your current payment method or add a new one from here.
Once the edits are completed, or the new card is added, make sure to click the "Update" button at the bottom.
